Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service. Same day cancellation and no shows will be charged 100% of service.
These policies are non negotiable. Cancellation/No show fees are required before rebooking.
Please don’t bring guests or children to your appointment.
Timeliness is important to ensure your hair gets all the attention it deserves. Arriving more than 15 minutes late takes away from your scheduled time. If we have to adjust your service due to tardiness, the cost of the original investment will still be require.
Extension deposits are non-refundable Complimentary bead adjustments/re-tie for 7 days. $10 adjustment fee after 7 day period.
